Today’s Wood & Vale reported about Thames Water’s response to Murad’s letter asking how the bursting of a mains pipe could have occured in the area for the 3rd time in a row.

Both Murad, the paper and local residents were shocked to be told by Thames Water’s Chief Executive was that the company has no idea what caused the floods that devestated homes and businesses in Maida Vale in October.
